The Optimization of the Nursing Workforce Working Group, which is a working group of the Joint Provincial Nursing Committee (JPNC) chaired by RNAO’s President Rhonda Seidman-Carlson, has been working diligently to systematically explore opportunities to optimize the home health-care nursing workforce. Draft recommendations have been developed and are ready for consultation.

RNAO’s President and staff will host a teleconference on May 7, 2014 from 11:00AM-12:00PM (EST) to provide a brief overview of the working group and the outcomes to date. Then we want to receive your input on the draft recommendations which have been developed! This is meant to be an interactive consultation opportunity to leverage the collective expertise that we have within RNAO’s membership. While open to all RNAO members, this webinar will likely be of greatest relevance to those who have previously, or currently, work in the home health-care environment.
