17 Jul Public Health Ontario: Ethics Review Board Call for Chair/Members

Public Health Ontario (PHO) is currently recruiting for a Chair and members to join its Ethics Review Board (ERB). The ERB will be the board of record for ethics review for PHO this fall and some Public Health Units (PHUs). Visit Ethics Support for more information on the ERB and other Ethics Support services.
PHO is seeking to fill vacancies on the ERB in a number of roles, including:

  • Chair
  • Members
  • Community Members

Candidates with a variety of professional expertise, including both scientific and non-scientific, are desired.  Individuals with expertise in relevant research disciplines, fields and methodologies covered in public health are required. In addition, one member should have expertise in ethics and one member should have expertise in relevant law.
